Once I entered the Air Force, the experiences that I had serving were profound and life changing and my current assignment affords me the opportunity to use that experience in a joint environment to shape the way that the Army and the Air Force integrate....
I have chosen these particular areas of sociology because as a female myself I am fascinated by the changing aspirations of women At the beginning of the twentieth century, it was considered that women would orientate to a domestic role, women were to dedicate their life to bearing and nursing children.
I believe that having my children was a true life changing experience for me. They have changed my life in so many positive ways. I lost my mom at the age of 13 and I did not care too much about living or dying. I never thought about killing myself but I would have considered myself to be a free spirit. I would walk the streets and take the train in the Bronx (NY) at all times of the night without a care in the world. I felt like a burden on every adult that had to take care of me, I would never ask for anything even if it was something I needed. I never want my kids to have to feel the way I did as a young child. I never want them to have to live without their Mom like I had to live without mine.
Concisely, need for change is essential to the life of human being. Any person who is not willing to change is limited in personal development and success. Every successful individual out there is one who has dared to change. There is necessity for change in various aspects of person’s life. For success in relationships, finances, businesses and career opportunities, adapting change is of essence. Every instance that stagnate progress towards attaining of individual success objectives calls for a prompt and designed change. Finally, we must be all advocates of change, for without change success remains an illusion.
When I gave birth to a beautiful set of twin girls on December 6, 1994, my life completely changed. I stopped thinking the way I use to. Things I use to do, I have never done since. They gave me a reason to live a reason not to live so carelessly with my life. My twins brought so much joy into my life. Even staying up all night taking turns feeding them was a privileged for me. I was tired but I was so in love with my babies I felt like I did not even need to sleep.

I talked about this event and how it affected my life in a thought piece earlier this year, but I thought this would be a good opportunity to elaborate on such a life changing event.
To accomplish this she examines the story of Eunice Connolly and her family and social life as a window into understanding the changing dimensions of race in nineteenth-century America and the Caribbean, specifically New England and Grand Cayman....
Putting our faith into action through serving others promotes a change of heart, emotions, and action like nothing else. Faith and inaction does not mix and will promote bitterness and worse over time!
Inevitably, employers are also faced with the daunting task of identifying these changes and fashioning coping strategies to ensure optimization of their workforce....
Since the dawn of mankind stories have been developed both through natural happenings and casual relations, as well as constructed through characters, themes, language and the meaning of words.
Hi Henri, great post. A good summary of the self-development gurus’ philosophies, and well stated, with your usual relaxed style. The points on accepting where you are in life, and being realistic in allowing time for your business to grow really resonated with me. I have shared this with my womenswaytowealth group and hope it will inspire others. Thanks
With the help of the Internet, not only has every aspect of life gotten faster and more efficient, but it has changed the way people process information and perform tasks.
CHANGE, CATHARSIS, FOR THE GOOD, a) it begins by the supernatural person and power of the Holy Spirit to change our heart from stone to flesh, death to life, darkness to light, self-centered living to a Christ-centered life; b) it then continues by continuous applying the very same truth of the Gospel to our heart [core beliefs], spirit, [emotional health], and faith lived out:
When you’re open to the unknown, which is a synonym for possibility, you accept that life may bring you something negative to teach you a positive lesson.
